Centrifugal Casting
Centrifugal casting is the spinning a bearing at the proper RPM to create a centrifugal force that allows molten Babbitt to be poured under pressure. The bearing is then rapidly cooled. This process ensures that the poured babbitt is free of impurities, gasses, or imperfections.

Static Casting
Static casting is the casting process by making a mold for casting according to the shape of the bearing and then cast by pouring. This method is suitable for the bearing that cannot be cast by centrifugal casting such as Thrust Pad Bearing.

Suitable for bearing that cannot be cast by centrifugal casting or very large.
